After checking on many Digital camera for entry level I found this one which gives good value for money.
Over and above being cheap this had the Kyocera lens. I am very much satisfied with the performance of Yashica EZ 5030

The technical specifications of EZ5030 are as under:
3x optical zoom lens with a focal length of 34 - 102mm. With 3x digital Zoom (Just switch off the digital zoom as it does not really help)
The minimum focus dis- tance is 50cm to infinity.
Macro mode focus from 15 to 50cm.
16MB inbuilt Memory with card slot.
Yashica EZ5030 digital camera mainly operates in automatic mode, but is also offering three metering settings: centre-weighted average, multi-zone and spot metering.
It uses Standard AA size batteries (I prefer these over built in batteries as I can use Rechargeable of my choice and also have some spare while shooting.)
